I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms had a quasi-industrial feel adorned with old photographs of the docks, and each had individual AC units, which was fantastic, even with the aircon set at a chilly 17°. The service was exceptional, with real quality customer service delivered in a friendly manner from the restaurant manager to the reception desk staff. The location was superb, right beside the Titanic museum, making it incredibly convenient. The dining experience offered various options, including options for vegetarians and self-serve continental choices. Overall, a great hotel with a few minor drawbacks.

I felt like I was in an Edwardian ship's cabin right next to the Titanic museum. The air con was a nice touch, but the small table was a bit of a drawback. The bath was a lovely addition to my room.

I loved how close the hotel was to the Titanic museum and the peaceful harbor of the Titanic Quarter. It was also within easy walking distance to Belfast city center, making it a convenient location to explore.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience offered continental self-serve options, but there was a bit too much emphasis on meat dishes, which could be limiting for vegetarians.
Facilities
The hotel's facilities were adequate, though some areas, like room service, car hire, and dry cleaning, need improvement to match the quality of the property. It was nice to have real people providing service rather than automated systems.
